1. What Wonzo does
Wonzofinds job postings from supported company career pages, matches them to your resume and preferences, autofills the application form using your resume and saved answers, and can generate an AI-drafted cover letter. If a posting asks a question with no saved answer on file, you're asked to answer it before anything proceeds — that answer is then saved for reuse on future applications. Once a form is fully filled — including any question you've answered — it is submitted automatically. You can also choose to open the real application page yourself at any time instead and submit it manually. Because submission uses the resume, preferences, and answers you provided, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of that information and of anything submitted under your name.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally eligible to work in the jurisdictions you apply to jobs in — we don’t verify this on your behalf.
3. Payments and credits
Wonzo uses pay-per-use credits, not a subscription. Every account starts with 1 free credit in each of two pools (job applications, AI cover letters). Additional credits are purchased in packs via Razorpay, do not expire, and carry no recurring or auto-renewing charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service to submit false or misleading information on job applications, attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limits, use automated tools to abuse the AI cover-letter generation feature, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We help you apply faster and with less manual effort — we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome. Job listings are sourced from third-party company career pages; we’re not responsible for the accuracy of that content or for the hiring decisions of any employer.
6. AI-generated content
Cover letters are drafted by an AI model based on the job description and your resume. Review any AI-generated content for accuracy before using it — we don’t guarantee it is free of errors and you shouldn’t rely on it to state facts about you that you haven’t verified.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the credit system or unlawful use of the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Wonzo is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the content of any application you choose to submit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
